The research analyzed the general well-being of rural families in a district of Huánuco, Peru. A quantitative approach was used, with a non-experimental and descriptive design. The sample included 96 rural families. Data collection was conducted through structured surveys. The results showed significant improvements in family income, perceived as very high by 65.62% of participants and high by 20.83%. Positive effects were also identified in consumption, family cohesion and communication, the living environment, and motivation to undertake new activities. However, inequalities were observed in the magnitude of the benefits received, reflecting the need for complementary strategies to ensure equitable distribution. In conclusion, the productive projects have generated a comprehensive impact that transcends the economic and includes social, cultural, and emotional dimensions, consolidating themselves as effective tools for reducing poverty, strengthening self-sufficiency, and promoting the sustainability of rural well-being.
