Derecho a la desconexión digital, tecnoestrés y bienestar laboral: revisión integrativa internacional y lineamientos para la gestión del talento humano

La expansión del trabajo digital ha intensificado la conectividad y debilitado los límites entre jornada y vida personal. El objetivo fue analizar la evidencia internacional sobre el derecho a la desconexión digital, el tecnoestrés y el bienestar laboral, y formular lineamientos adaptables para la gestión del talento humano. Se realizó una revisión integrativa sistematizada de 19 publicaciones científicas y un análisis comparado de seis documentos normativos e institucionales publicados o vigentes entre 2020 y julio de 2026, complementados con fuentes seminales. Los hallazgos relacionan sobrecarga, invasión tecnológica y telepresión con agotamiento, menor recuperación psicológica y conflicto trabajo-familia. Se concluye que una desconexión efectiva requiere políticas organizacionales, liderazgo coherente, control de cargas, protocolos de comunicación, evaluación de riesgos psicosociales y adaptación al marco jurídico y cultural de cada país.
